ANGER!! RAWR!!! ROAR!!!

I miss taking the ferry over to Tekong. I really do.

So today, I saw this little boy who got spilled by a bowl of hot porridge and his entire legs were scalded. He was crying like nobody's business and his father just stood there not knowing what to do. Then this MRT man ran over to him and call the ambulance so that the little boy could be sent to the hospital for IMMEDIATE treatment.

It was rather heart wrenching for the boy just stood there crying and crying and crying and you just cannot help feel bad for him. His red scalded skin looked out of place around his black skin.

Then all of a sudden, my mother felt really bad and she started to emo because she got reminded of what happened when I was little. You see, if you have not realised, I was scalded by water when I little too. My mother told me that there is a chance the little boy may die.

When I entered the hospital, according to my mother, there were also two other little children who required the same treatment. One child never made it past and died. Funny how a small incident can trigger off such nasty memories of the past. So, in an effort to cheer up my mother, I told her I am great and healthy now and I don't even care about the scar for nobody really sees it. And most of the time, I do not even remember that I am scarred. Haha.

Thank God the little boy was wearing Pampers. Thank the Lord.
