In the past, I used to sleep at goodness knows what time late in the wee hours. Nowadays, my brain starts to shut off at around eleven plus in the night. This is not a good sign. It shows that I am being controlled by that evil organisation all for our own good. I am so not going to let it control me, let it programme me into waking up automatically at 5 in the morning. It is a BAD SIGN!

I need to retune my body clock back to the normal me.
